3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Inspections require payment at the time of scheduling to confirm your appointment. We accept various forms of payment, which will be specified during scheduling.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Golden Hour Mobile RV Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Payments for inspections are non-refundable, except in cases where Golden Hour Mobile RV Services must cancel the appointment and cannot reschedule. For other services, refunds may be issued at our discretion if the service was not performed or completed as agreed.

10. Service Warranty

We stand behind our work. Repairs and maintenance services may come with a limited 30-day labor warranty, beginning on the date of service. This warranty covers only the specific work performed and does not apply to unrelated issues, pre-existing conditions, or parts not supplied by Golden Hour Mobile RV Services. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

11. Liability Waiver for On-Site Work

By requesting on-site service, you agree that Golden Hour Mobile RV Services is not liable for any incidental damage to property, driveways, or surrounding areas that may occur while accessing or servicing your RV. It is your responsibility to ensure the service location is safe and accessible for our technicians.

12. Third-Party Parts

If you choose to supply your own parts, Golden Hour Mobile RV Services is not responsible for the performance, compatibility, or warranty of those parts. Our service warranty only applies to parts provided by and installed by our team.
